Prior direct supervision of student para-professional staff and case management experience.</p> <p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the operations of a residential area. </li><li>Supervise, train and evaluate multi-level staff. </li><li>Serve in a 24/7 senior level on call rotation providing guidance to entry level staff responding to self-harm, title IX and other behavioral and facilities related concerns. </li><li>Provide leadership of departmental initiatives and collaborate with university partners to enhance the student experience. </li><li>Provide leadership in the development of a residential community utilizing the departmental engagement model and maintaining a budget. </li></ul> <p>Student Services Manager I (CB75/61122784/FTE-S01107P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 06. Salary range: $47,588.00 (minimum) - $67,817.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.</p> <p>Coastal Carolina University is a public comprehensive liberal arts institution located in Conway, South Carolina, just nine miles from the Atlantic coastal resort city of Myrtle Beach.
