<p>Location: Trillium Place</p> <p>Current Opening:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Full-time</p> </li><li> <p>7:00 AM - 3:30PM OR 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM</p> </li><li> <p>Includes rotating weekends and holidays</p> </li></ul> <p>The Floor Care Technician performs various floor care and custodial tasks including scrubbing/buffing floors, stripping and waxing, and extracting carpets. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A valid PA driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous floor care experience preferred but not required.</p> </li></ul> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strips, waxes, and buffs tile floors in public areas using appropriate floor care equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Vacuums hallways and public areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs daily spot checking and removes any spots/stains on carpets.</p> </li><li> <p>Cleans carpets using carpet extractor and cleans various public areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Moves furniture to clean floors or hard to reach areas as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Operates TANDEM LIVING company vehicle as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>BENEFITS:</p> <p>At TANDEM LIVING we value the wellbeing of all of our team members and offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package!
