<ul> <li>Supervisor - Parking Attendant </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.25 per hour</p> <p>Job Type: Seasonal Full-Time (May - September)</p> <p>Location: Narragansett, Rhode Island</p> <p>Shift & Schedule: 6:00AM - 2:00pm OR 7:00AM - 3:00PM</p> <p>Friday - Tuesday OR Wednesday - Sunday</p> <p>Application Question: Will you be ok standing/ moving for your entire shift?</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Supervisor will assist with the oversight of the staff and operation, while delivering the company's standards of customer service.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. </li><li>Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports. </li><li>Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. </li><li>Communicate with staff on a regular basis and communicate policy changes, new programs, and operational changes. </li><li>Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies. </li><li>Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable. </li><li>Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable. </li><li>Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. </li><li>Enforce policy/procedure, rules, and regulations. </li><li>Provide the company's standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer at the end of the interaction. </li><li>Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed. </li></ul> <p>Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Other special projects as assigned by local management. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School degree or equivalent preferred. </li><li>One yearof related customer service experience preferred. </li><li>Parking experience preferred. </li><li>Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively both verbally and through written and electronic correspondence. </li><li>Must have a valid DMV driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience. </li><li>Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer. </li><li>Ability to safely drive a standard or automatic transmission vehicle. </li><li>Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional and friendly manner. </li><li>Exhibit leadership, coaching and motivational skills. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you?</p> <ul> <li>We promote from within - park your career here! </li><li>Free Parking! </li><li>Flexible scheduling; paid Holidays and Wellness. </li><li>Free and confidential employee assistance program (EAP) that provides support and resources to employees and their families 24/7.
