<p>Job Title</p> <p>Girls Soccer Camp Senior Counselor (Temporary)</p> <p>Job Details Description</p> <p>Monmouth University is seeking applications for temporary Girls Soccer Camp Senior Counselors in the Athletics department. The Soccer Camp is designed to help each participant improve their skills while gaining a better understanding of the sport. The goal of the camp is to enhance each player's technical soccer abilities and tactical aspects in a fun and safe environment. All playing levels and abilities will be welcomed. Camp counselors will be working with players to enhance their skills.</p> <p>This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>The candidate would be expected to:</p> <ul> <li>oversee the student-athlete counselors who are assigned teams within their same age group/ability group </li><li>organize the teams within their group for technical and tactical demonstrations </li><li>reinforce the daily curriculum for the teams in their age group/ability group. </li></ul> <p>2025 Camps are scheduled for:</p> <p>July 14 - 17</p> <p>July 21 - 24</p> <p>Camp runs from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm each day.</p> <p>Counselors are required to pass a background screening.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li><li>One year of experience coaching soccer at the youth, high school or college level </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>None</p> <p>Additional Application Material Required:</p> <p>Resume</p> <p>Optional Documents:</p> <p>Cover Letter</p> <p>Professional References</p> <p>Other Document</p> <p>Questions regarding this search should be directed to:</p> <p>Barbara Santos at bsantos@monmouth.edu or 732-263-5629</p> <p>Note to Applicants:</p> <p>Please keep in mind that a job posted as "Open until filled" may close at any time without notice.
