<p>Moreland serves students from preschool through 8th grade across three cities in Santa Clara County. Our teachers educate approximately 3,700 students in four elementary schools, two TK-8 schools, and one middle school. Teachers are provided with regular preparation time, collaboration time, and opportunities for professional development. Moreland contributes to medical benefits in the following amounts annually for full-time certificated employees: $11,475 single, $19,055 two-party $24,072 family. Moreland also contributes to dental and vision benefits. Certificated employees are provided with a term life insurance policy of $2,000 at no cost. Credentialed employees receive full credit for out-of-district experience in a comparable public school setting. Salary, stipends, and district contribution to benefits are pro-rated by FTE.</p>
