Provide ongoing training and coaching as needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate records to follow federal and state legal requirements and pharmacy policies </li><li>Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety and compliance </li><li>Perform additional duties and assignments as advised by management. </li><li>Position may require travel </li></ul> <p>What you'll need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (RPh) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) </li><li>Active pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky in good standing and other states and credentials as needed. </li><li>Strong customer services and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to manage a team </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, holidays, and weekends. </li></ul>
