<p>Job Title: Loan Workout Specialist</p> <p>Location: West Des Moines, IA (Onsite)</p> <p>Project Details:</p> <p>The contractor will join the Loan Workout Quality Assurance team, reviewing civil legal documents for Wells Fargo customers to ensure accuracy, compliance with state requirements, and proper documentation before submission to third-party legal partners.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Review physical legal documents for accuracy and completeness</p> </li><li> <p>Validate information against supporting paperwork</p> </li><li> <p>Verify notarization and state compliance requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Top Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of collection law (preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with civil litigation procedures</p> </li><li> <p>QA or document review experience</p> </li><li> <p>Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer proficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of credit card processes</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $22 - $25</p> <p>The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
