<ul> <li>Handles all aspects related to employee time records prior to timecard processing. (I.e. sick calls, filling open shifts, sign ups and daily schedule reconciliation.) </li><li>Functions as the central communication source regarding staffing and scheduling issues. </li><li>Responsible for overall coordination of department staffing and scheduling in line with budget and patient needs. </li><li>Responsible for tracking and generating reports for Department Managers. </li><li>Practices with a Customer Service approach to all activities. </li><li>Successfully manages multiple projects and responsibilities. </li><li>Perform other work related duties as assigned or requested. </li><li>Coordinates schedules for assigned staff according to needs identified by manager. </li><li>Maintains and troubleshoots for computerized scheduling system. </li><li>Codes and enters data into computer using standard procedures and established time schedule. </li><li>Establishes own work plan and priorities using standard procedures to assure timely completion of assigned work in conformance with department policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Consistently provides service excellence to all patients, family members, visitors, volunteers and co-workers in a manner that reflects Cape Cod Hospital's commitment to CARES: compassion, accountability, respect, excellence and service.</p> <ul> <li>High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred. </li><li>Intermediate computer ability.
