<p>GUEST SERVICE ATTENDANT</p> <p>The Guest Service Attendant position is Seasonal</p> <p>(Mid-April through Mid-September with hiring and training beginning as early as December)</p> <p>The Guest Service Attendant supports daily operations across multiple areas, including the gift shop, front gate, ticket booth, parties and rentals, and concessions as needed. This role is responsible for maintaining order and enforcing venue rules while ensuring a smooth and efficient guest entry process. Guest Service Attendants provide exceptional customer service, assist with crowd control, and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the park.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>15 years of age or older</p> <p>Accurately count money and disperse change</p> <p>Preferences</p> <p>Ability to use a computer and various computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software programs</p> <p>Ability to adapt quickly</p> <p>Individuals who are team oriented with a positive, can-do attitude</p> <p>Comfortability with public speaking and holding conversations</p> <p>CPR Certified or the ability to achieve certification by start date</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to walk, run, stand, sit and complete a variety of motor skills </li><li>Ability to walk and/or stand on concrete for the majority of your shift </li><li>Ability to bend to the floor and reach overhead </li><li>Ability to lift and carry 30-70 pounds regularly to chest height </li><li>Ability to hear and see well </li></ul> <p>Mental Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to demonstrate exceptional punctuality and attendance </li><li>Ability to project a positive attitude, manner, and appearance </li><li>Ability to think clearly and respond appropriately in an emergency </li><li>Ability to demonstrate mature judgment and ethical behavior </li><li>Ability to read, write and perform mathematical equations </li><li>Ability to work with limited supervision </li><li>Ability to multitask </li><li>Ability to use knowledge; critical thinking skills; judgment and problem-solving skills to handle situations </li><li>Ability to resolve conflict fairly, safely, and in a timely manner </li></ul> <p>Environmental Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work staggered shift assignments as necessary including evenings, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Ability to work in hot, cold, wet and/or other unpleasant outdoor conditions </li><li>Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate</p> <p>This position is $15.00 per hour.</p>
