It involves conducting research, verifying information, and resolving member issues. The role also provides support to both front-line and back-office staff regarding card and payment-related matters. All duties are carried out in accordance with established operating procedures and in compliance with Credit Union policies.</p> <p>What I'm bringing…</p> <p>Payment Operations Specialist I</p> <p>Experience/Education:</p> <ul> <li>0-1 years' financial institution, business administration or relevant work experience </li><li>Minimum 1 year customer service experience </li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, VROL, FIS, CO-OP applications (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Payment Operations Specialist II</p> <p>Experience/Education:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years' financial institution, business administration or relevant work experience </li><li>Minimum 2 years' customer service experience </li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel, VROL, FIS, CO-OP applications (preferred) </li></ul> <p>What is the work environment like, and are there physical requirements for this role?</p> <ul> <li>Typically a dispersed, flexible team environment both on Westerra campus and remote </li><li>Hybrid - required to be onsite at least 2 times per week, with the possibility of changes based on business needs. </li><li>Works primarily at desk </li></ul> <p>Salary: The starting pay rate will be based on the candidate's experience with payment operations, as well as internal equity considerations. The starting pay range is between $20.00 and $22.50 per hour. In addition to the starting pay range, this role is eligible for Westerra's self-funding reward plan, which offers an annual cash incentive based on company performance tied to specific financial goals.
