Trinity Health is seeking a passionate Interim L&D Nurse Leader to join the team at MercyOne in Des Moines, Iowa.</p> <p>As Interim Nurse Manager, you'll provide 24/7 leadership and oversight for unit operations, including direct supervision of staff (20%) and administrative responsibilities (80%). You'll drive clinical quality, support staff development, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction.
