Part time/Per Diem positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li><li>Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assists the Director of Quality Management with all aspects of the hospital Quality Program. </li><li>Collects and presents for quality, environment, infection control, quality control and risk management. </li><li>Assists as directed in quality meetings and teams and help prepare agenda items for required meetings. </li><li>Assists with implementation of hospital quality plan, survey readiness, and root cause analysis. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred. </li><li>Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness). </li><li>Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred. </li><li>Post offer employment testing (POETs) are completed as part of the onboarding process and are to be completed before an employee's first day of work.* </li></ul> <p>Additional Data</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</p>
