With scalable production capacity and disciplined program management, PSI delivers repeatable quality and reliable performance on complex builds for mission-critical and industrial applications worldwide.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>PSI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records, facilitating smooth production processes, and providing administrative support to the production team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, and able to navigate ERP systems to support daily operations.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately record and verify production staff timecards </li><li>Coordinate with HR and supervisors to resolve discrepancies </li><li>Collect and organize documentation for internal and external audits </li><li>Maintain compliance-related logs and ensure timely submission of audit requests </li><li>Assist production leadership with scheduling, meeting coordination, and document preparation </li><li>Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of production records </li><li>Input production and inventory data into Excel spreadsheets and ERP systems </li><li>Generate and distribute regular reports to support operations and planning </li><li>Access and retrieve information from the company's ERP system to support inventory tracking, work orders, and production schedules </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned by management </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or vocational training preferred </li><li>1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel </li><li>Experience using ERP systems (e.g., Epicor or equivalent) </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities </li></ul> <p>PSI offers a wide range of benefits from medical, dental, and vision to pet insurance as well as discounted prescription plans.
