<p>Overview</p> <p>Primo Brands is a leading branded beverage company in North America with a focus on healthy hydration. We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.</p> <p>If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via MyADP.</p> <ul> <li>Pay Range: $103,596-$121,469, this role is eligible for an annual bonus. </li><li>Location: Norton, MA - although this role will be based onsite in the new Norton facility currently under construction. Candidates should be prepared to travel between Framingham, MA and Norton, MA, approximately a one-hour commute until construction is complete. </li><li>Schedule: 1st Shift - 5:30AM-2PM Sunday Night to Thursday Night, with flexibility as this role will oversee Team Members on 1st Shift (5:30AM-2PM) and 2nd Shift (1:30PM-10PM). </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and train 3 shifts of operations team members to achieve quality metrics in a manner consistent with our culture and values </li><li>Lead 2 shifts of operations both first and second shifts </li><li>Partner with the Planning, Production, Maintenance and Warehouse teams to maximize results </li><li>Implement and maintain Safety/Environmental programs appropriately and within budgetary limits </li><li>Manage budgeting, purchasing, and inventory of plant operating supplies for quality and safety </li><li>Lead all company and local quality/safety initiatives, audits, local SHE awareness & compliance while also meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) </li><li>Track, analyze, and lead initiatives for all quality and customer complaint issues within the plant </li><li>Use continuous improvement methodologies and projects to improve and streamline processes </li><li>Ensure plant compliance and record retention in accordance with current federal, state, and local legislation on good hygiene practices, good manufacturing practices (GMP's), HACCP, NFPA, OSHA and EPA </li><li>Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities </li><li>Support and maintain site-specific manuals, records of inspections, and incidents relating to Safety, Health, Security and Environment </li><li>Offer expertise and assistance in managing the plant water sources and monitor over-fill and water usage reporting </li><li>Cultivate relationships with local law enforcement, local fire department, and other emergency services to provide harmonious working relationships in the community </li><li>Lead incident investigations, monitor incident root cause & corrective actions for issues such as fire, hazardous materials, unsafe situations, security issues and/or non-compliance issues to prevent recurrence </li><li>Provide training and onboarding for new hires and factory employees as it relates to QA and Safety </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in chemistry or biology or equivalent combination of education and/or experience </li><li>3 or more years of experience in quality assurance within clean (food, bev, pharma) manufacturing and 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory capacity. </li><li>3 or more years of experience in a workplace safety, security, and environmental programs </li><li>Understanding of quality testing and standards within the food and beverage industry to include analytical, microbiological, and sensory. </li><li>Demonstrated application of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP's) and knowledge of GMP's. </li><li>A minimum of 2 years of administration and compliance with State/Federal OSHA, EPA, and local Air Quality Management District. </li><li>Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, HACCP, sanitation, and hygienic design. </li><li>Familiarity with quality and hygiene regulations as it relates to FDA and state requirements preferred. </li><li>Knowledge and exposure to Six Sigma, and various problem-solving methodologies needed, TPM exposure preferred. </li><li>Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business management software (SAP preferred). </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives on tight deadlines and delegate accordingly. </li><li>Effective communication skills with the ability to influence change and encourage action. </li><li>Solid problem-solving abilities with the ability to coach and mentor others in this capacity. </li><li>Demonstrated track record of developing employees. </li><li>Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls for critical issues and provide weekend coverage a few times/year. </li><li>Knowledge of principles, procedures, and standards for the receiving, handling, storage, shipment, and disposal of hazardous chemicals and materials. </li><li>Knowledge of the nature and usage of a wide range of fire prevention, safety, health protection, and environmental protection equipment. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range Disclaimer:</p> <p>The salary range provided for this position is an approximation based on market research, internal compensation data and the candidate's qualifications and experience. Final salary offers are determined through a comprehensive evaluation of candidate qualifications and may vary depending on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location of the position. Other components of the compensation package, including benefits and bonuses, will also be considered.
