<p>Job Title: BIM / VDC Digital Delivery LeadJob Description</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Digital Delivery Lead / BIM Manager to guide our team of Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists. This role involves managing the digital model environment and deliverables at the project level, ensuring a seamless integration of all disciplines and construction documents.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide leadership and direction to the Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists. </li><li>Manage and maintain the digital model environment and deliverables for projects. </li><li>Collaborate with the Project Manager to assist in generating and maintaining the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures. </li><li>Establish server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables as outlined in project scope. </li><li>Execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Provide technical support and communicate deliverable schedules to the project team. </li><li>Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning through construction documentation. </li><li>Mentor and guide team members, overseeing the development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP). </li><li>Oversee the establishment of document management systems and server infrastructure for multi-discipline projects. </li><li>Ensure the team is equipped with appropriate software, versions, access, and training for project execution. </li><li>Generate and maintain model setups, including project information, coordinates, scales, and other necessary components. </li><li>Host Digital Delivery coordination meetings to ensure quality control through Design Reviews and 3D Coordination processes. </li><li>Communicate and compile all project digital deliverables at predetermined milestones. </li><li>Engage in project archiving at submittals and closeout. </li><li>Engage in effective communication and presentations with management, production staff, and clients. </li><li>Mentor staff to enhance their skillsets and support Project Managers with project needs. </li><li>Collaborate with other Digital Delivery Leads to provide support and guidance. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>US citizenship due to client contract requirements. </li><li>Subject to governmental background check. </li><li>5 years of digital design (BIM element authoring) experience. </li><li>5 years of digital delivery (model management) experience. </li><li>Comprehensive understanding of all discipline relations and building systems operations. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in 3D design software and document management infrastructure. </li><li>Expertise in 3D Coordination tools. </li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products and communication tools. </li><li>Familiarity with industry standards, discipline codes, and specifications. </li><li>Basic understanding of automation and programming applications for efficiency. </li><li>Knowledge of 3D design software add-ins and supporting applications. </li><li>Experience with content creation and management concepts. </li><li>Superior client service, communication, and presentation skills. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical support. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills to prioritize technical support requests and project work. </li><li>Enthusiastic, energetic, and excellent work ethic. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Technical degree or a combination of education and relevant experience. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The role offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work per week.
