<p>The primary purpose of the CES II is to assist the Farm Management in the overall management of row crop, vegetables, hay, and poultry operations. Training of offenders and staff at Enterprise Farm and various state locations. This position primarily works in the daily operation of the farming operation but will also assist with row crop, poultry and vegetable production at times. This position is also responsible for the tool and key inventory for farm operation. This position will perform the necessary maintenance of the equipment operated in the cost center. This position is responsible for planting, spraying, scouting and fertilization of agricultural crops.  This position will require occasional weekend work.  Work must be closely monitored to comply with quality and quantity standards, NCDAC policies, safety policies, and all other applicable laws, policies, and regulations.</p> <p>This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits</p> <p>Necessary Special Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be eligible for certification by the NC Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards Commission.
