Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Milvexian is a Phase 3 investigational treatment currently being evaluated for 3 core indications in the thrombosis disease landscape. These indications are Atrial Fibrillation, Secondary Stroke Prevention and Acute Coronary Syndrome. Milvexian is projected to be a multi-billion-dollar product and considered critical asset for BMS' expanding Cardiovascular portfolio. Bristol Myers Squibb entered a collaboration with J&J pharmaceuticals in 2018 to co-develop and co-commercialize Milvexian. Both companies, as an alliance successfully completed Phase 2 program, initiated Phase 3 Librexia Trial Program and are actively co-developing the WW integrated strategy for future commercialization success. The role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of milvexian commercialization and make a significant impact on patient outcomes.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>The Director, WW Commercialization Milvexian, will play a critical role on the Alliance Brand Working Group (BWG) and BMS Global Program Team (GPT) in ensuring commercial insights are identified, shared, and applied to drive value differentiation for future commercialization success.</p> </li><li> <p>This role requires a forward-thinking leader who exudes an innovative and collaborative mindset and can effectively operate in a complex and dynamic matrix team environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to informing the marketing strategic choices that will set the roadmap for commercialization for the local markets.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for working closely with the internal and alliance partners to develop a high-impact commercialization model and strategy to maximize the potential value for Milvexian.</p> </li><li> <p>Designated Disease Strategy Lead (DSL) for Secondary Stroke Prevention (SSP) indication and will be accountable for driving the pre-commercialization plan (PCLP) in collaboration with the cross-functional team and designated ACS and AF strategy leads.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead for driving the resource effectiveness (CSRE) internal decision point.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for liaising with HEOR/Market Access team to develop the SSP data generation plan to support a differentiated value story & labeling.</p> </li><li> <p>Global commercial point for APAC region including commercial opportunity/forecast assessment, launch strategy recommendation, commercialization model framework, defining the global to local market engagement plan and deliverables aligned to the formation of the country working group and pre-launch commercialization plan requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborating with the medical affairs, advocacy/professional society and public affairs team to develop and execute market development strategy and plan in coordination with DSA team lead.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing for commercial supply and product design.</p> </li><li> <p>Report to the Vice President, CV, Global Commercial Strategy, and work closely with R&D, medical, HEOR, Market Access, BI&A, Regulatory, Corporate/Public Affairs, Advocacy, manufacturing and alliance cross functional partners to deliver commercialization objectives for Milvexian.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Qualifications and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Have multiple experiences of championing and leading commercialization initiatives across multiple disease areas in global or local market setting.</p> </li><li> <p>Have demonstrated ability to implement and understand market analysis and assessments to drive strategic decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to identify commercial gaps and engage necessary stakeholders to assess strategic value, will be critical for the successful candidate to demonstrate.</p> </li><li> <p>Have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships by leading and participating in multi-functional teams and excelling in a matrix environment</p> </li><li> <p>BA/BS required. MBA, PharmD, or other graduate experience strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand the complexities of international markets</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of Marketing or related experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated understanding of market access, HTA dynamics and value assessment approaches, with an unrelenting appetite to enhance the product development and commercialization process</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in strategic marketing, medical and/or operational P&L roles, including product launch experience</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated strategic capabilities, including deep experience with scenario planning, design-to-value, and decision analytics.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of specialty market(s) landscape, customer needs, trends, opportunities, and emerging technologies</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated track record of leading, working with and integrating high performance, cross-functional teams</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communicator (demonstrated public speaking a plus) with ability to influence key strategic decisions and demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively collaborate with R&D organization</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and strategic thinking required, with proven ability to execute change</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with alliances, biotech industry and or managing multiple agencies</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing cross-functional brand budgeting and procurement process on behalf of team.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn't perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
