<p>Director level role with global responsibilities. This person will primarily oversee revenue recognition, underwriting risk capture and reporting (including limit compliance) and RWA capture, and will also be involved in strategic agendas, budgeting, pipeline and competitive analysis reporting, among other roles. This person will interface with the entire FI Syndicate team, as well as Banking Senior Management, Front-Office deal teams, Portfolio Management, Business Management, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Product Control, Compliance, Committee Coordinators, COOs and other areas of the Firm.</p> <p>Salary / Rate Minimum: $190,000</p> <p>Salary / Rate Maximum: $280,000</p> <p>The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.</p> <p>Purpose of the role</p> <p>To enable the success of senior executives by helping executives navigate complex challenges, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals.</p> <p>Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaboration with business and senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Liaison between different business units and functions, fostering communication and collaboration. </li><li>Management and coordination of strategic initiatives, projects, and change management efforts to optimize business processes and strengthen the control environment. </li><li>Improvement of operational efficiency within the organisation including the identification of areas for improvement, streamlining of processes, and implementation of best practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness. </li><li>Development of performance reporting for key metrics that reinforce the strategic objectives of the division and support the external commitments made. Involvement in aspects of financial analysis and budget management, including assistance in financial planning, forecasting, and monitoring of financial performance against targets. </li><li>Support to business heads in partnership with HR on hiring, workforce planning, joiner/mover/leaver actions. </li></ul> <p>Director Expectations</p> <ul> <li>To manage a business function, providing significant input to function wide strategic initiatives.
