<p>Linde Engineering North America LLC</p> <p>Commercial Project Development Director</p> <p>Allentown, PA, United States | req23353</p> <p>What you will enjoy doing*</p> <ul> <li>You will lead the creation and submission of project proposals and bids for industrial gas projects </li><li>Oversee all project phases, from concept to commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards </li><li>You will also manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget </li><li>Represent the company in client meetings and present updates to C-suite executives </li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acting entrepreneurially to expand our project portfolio </li><li>Drive innovation by adopting new technologies to enhance project efficiency and competitiveness </li><li>Finally you will manage project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and alignment with company goals </li></ul> <p>What makes you great</p> <ul> <li>You will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required); MBA or equivalent (preferred) </li><li>Minimum 20 years of EPC industry experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role like Project Director </li><li>Additionally you will have a proven track record leading mega projects valued over $1 billion </li><li>Extensive knowledge of industrial gas projects, covering all phases from proposals to production </li><li>Also you will have a strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and clients </li><li>Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a history of driving innovation and new business development </li><li>Finally you will have an excellent negotiation and contract management skills </li></ul> <p>Why you will love working with us</p> <p>Linde Engineering Americas (LEA) is a member of the Linde Engineering Division of Linde plc.
