<p>An established professional services firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development (BD) Coordinator to support its Corporate practice group. This individual will work closely with senior marketing and BD professionals, attorneys, and practice leadership to drive strategic initiatives and business development efforts.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monitor industry trends and client developments relevant to the Corporate practice group; prepare updates for attorneys and leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the collection and tracking of deal experience, including compiling reports for internal use and external submissions (e.g., league tables, rankings).</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate internal meetings and events, such as practice group luncheons, including preparing agendas and handling logistics.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in regular meetings with the BD Manager and practice leadership to support strategic planning and execution.</p> </li><li> <p>Gain a strong understanding of practice group capabilities and client base to assist in implementing BD strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the preparation of responses to RFPs and maintain related tracking logs.</p> </li><li> <p>Create customized pitch materials and track outcomes of business development initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain targeted mailing lists and assist in distribution of client communications and event invitations; collaborate with marketing operations on list management.</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and execute client-facing events, webinars, and sponsorships, including coordination of content, invitations, CLE credits, and logistics.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage online content for the practice group, including website updates, bios, experience entries, and news postings.</p> </li><li> <p>Track practice-specific metrics and prepare reports for leadership and firmwide management.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to content strategy for digital and print platforms, including social media, blogs, newsletters, and the firm's website.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with public relations activities and directory submissions in coordination with the communications team.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree required.</p> </li><li> <p>3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, business development, or communications; prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with transactional and deal-focused practice areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting rankings, awards, and league table submissions.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with CRM, experience management, and sales pipeline tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of research tools used for market and company intelligence.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor; able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); ability to quickly learn new software platforms.</p> </li><li></li></ul>
