<p>NIGHTTIME CUSTODIAL SPECIALIST</p> <p>CLOSING DATE: Open until Filled</p> <p>PAY RATE: $13.80 - $16.55 per hour (depends on experience)</p> <p>SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday: 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Buildings</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Lehi City is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individual to join our custodial team at the new Lehi City Civic Center. This nighttime position is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment through detailed and deep-cleaning tasks that support daily operations and public use of the facility.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Perform a variety of custodial, detail, and deep-cleaning duties throughout the Civic Center. </li><li>Operate light and heavy custodial equipment to maintain overall building cleanliness. </li><li>Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, meeting rooms, offices, and public spaces. </li><li>Complete detailed cleaning tasks during late-night hours, including floor care, surface detailing, and high-touch area sanitation. </li><li>Use cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and in accordance with established procedures. </li><li>Follow direction from supervisors while also working independently to complete assigned tasks. </li><li>Assist in maintaining a positive, professional, and welcoming environment for staff and the public. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to operate custodial equipment and tools. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. </li><li>Willingness to work evenings without interruption. </li><li>Ability to work well with supervisors, co-workers, and the public. </li><li>Must pass a BCI (background) check. </li></ul> <p>Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.</p>
