<p>Description</p> <p>Master Landscaping, a sister company of Scentsy, is looking for a Groundskeeper to assist in beautifying the outdoor areas of all Scentsy owned properties. Mowing will be a very large portion of this role during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months.</p> <p>Pay: $18 - $24/hr DOE</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Operate landscape equipment including, but not limited to: lawn mower, string trimmer, edger, power shears, backpack blower, etc. </li><li>Ensure the growth and vibrancy of our plants, flowers, lawn, and decorative shrubs </li><li>Maintain existing landscape design and ensure plant survival </li><li>Rake fallen leaves, remove tree limbs, overgrowth, and other hazards </li><li>Fertilize lawn and plants </li><li>Pick up trash, debris, and other miscellaneous materials from grounds </li><li>Ensure employee safety during inclement weather by removing debris, snow, and ice from communal walkways and spaces as needed </li><li>Help others in the facilities department as needed, including afterhours events as needed </li><li>Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed </li></ul> <p>We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Must be 18 years of age or older </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, required </li><li>Experience and knowledge of operating landscape maintenance equipment, i.e. lawn mowers, string trimmers, edger, power shears, etc. </li><li>Knowledge and experience installing or maintaining sprinkler systems a plus </li><li>Knowledge and experience installing landscaping such as pavers, plants, and sod a plus </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Ability to frequently bend, squat, stand, walk, push, and pull up to 100 lbs., reach above shoulder level, have both arms and </li><li>legs accessible, and perform manual dexterity </li><li>Ability to ascend and descend stairs, step stools, ladders, scaffolding, platform ladders, or mechanically elevated devices and be comfortable around heights </li><li>Ability to occasionally sit, climb, crawl, and kneel </li><li>Ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly daily </li></ul>
