<p>NC State Dining is seeking enthusiastic individuals to Join our Pack as a Dishwasher/Stock Clerk. Successful candidates may work in a dining hall, retail operation, food court, or restaurant setting.</p> <p>Essential job duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Washing dishes, glassware & serving utensils, bowls, pots & pans, using conveyor belt machine or by hand, ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized. </li><li>Maintaining the flow of the dish room by having a steady supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware ready for use. </li><li>Assist, as needed, with restocking and cleaning the beverage and dining area, maintaining and restocking all public restrooms in the facility and removing all trash, and must sweep and mop at the end of the shift. </li><li>Assist with checking in food stock items, breaking down pallets, putting away food stock in a timely and organized manner, and placing received items in appropriate storage areas. </li><li>Performing necessary cleaning tasks in accordance with maintaining a Grade "A" Sanitation rating. </li><li>Other duties as assigned to ensure NC State Dining business needs are met. Position may be asked to assist in other locations as necessary. </li></ul> <p>This is an hourly position, that includes a State required 32-day break at the end of 11 months. NC State Dining operates 11 cafes, 3 food courts and 6 dining halls, 3 markets, 2 restaurants, vending, a nutritional counseling service, and a catering department.
