<p>Kforce has a client in Milwaukee, WI that is seeking a Mutual Funds Specialist.</p> <p>Summary: The Mutual Funds Specialist will act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders. We have numerous opportunities for the Mutual Funds Specialist to provide a superior level of service to our growing group of high profile clients and their shareholders. Efficient and detail oriented individuals will be able to showcase their talents and develop long lasting relationships through excellent verbal, and written communications.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accept and process telephone transaction and maintenance requests from institutional level shareholders </li><li>Field shareholder inquiries regarding account setup, prior transactions, fund objectives, and performance </li><li>Provide prompt notification of trade activity to internal and external clients as required </li><li>Serve as point of contact for internal and external clients </li><li>Field inquiries and transaction requests from retail level shareholders as required </li><li>Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement driven by our ISO 9001 certification* Undergraduate degree or two to four years equivalent work experience </li><li>Strong and proven verbal and written customer service skills </li><li>Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail </li><li>Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Familiarity with shareholder servicing systems and procedures </li></ul>
