Appointment from this eligible list would be as a Business Officer Trainee 1 and to be advanced to the full performance level, Business Officer 1, you must successfully complete a 2-year traineeship.</p> <p>OR</p> <p>Candidates within State Service can be considered for a competitive class appointment if they are reachable on the Public Administration Traineeship Transition (PATT) eligible list.
