Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Digital Optimization Manager supports a team that drives acquisition-focused digital experiences across payments, consumer, and small business products on owned channels, including credit card web pages and the mobile app. This role leads consumer-side optimization and test-and-learn campaigns for web and app experiences, partnering across marketing, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support campaigns, retargeting efforts, and AI-driven search optimization</p> <p>Key Responsibilities Include:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Develop and execute short term and long term digital growth strategies to drive incremental online sales and acquisitions through continuous optimization and experimentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead a digital test and learn culture, designing, prioritizing, and executing experiments across acquisition channels, landing pages, and authenticated experiences to deliver measurable business results.</p> </li><li> <p>Own overall page and funnel optimization across acquisition journeys, with a strong focus on improving conversion rates, reducing friction, and increasing completed applications and account growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply a strong understanding of digital consumer behaviors to inform site strategy, messaging, personalization, and experience design across devices and channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze digital funnel performance using data and analytics to identify drop offs, behavioral trends, and optimization opportunities across products and segments.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage acquisition channel site strategy, design, optimization, and capability enhancements that align with enterprise objectives and business line goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate test outcomes, performance insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and data driven manner-translating results into actionable next steps.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain competitive analysis and market research to understand evolving digital experiences, consumer expectations, and industry best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Review strategic product and market perspectives, anticipating shifts in consumer behavior, technology, and acquisition trends to inform long term optimization roadmaps.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with risk and compliance teams to review digital risk data related to product lines, ensuring risks are effectively monitored and managed without sacrificing performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for project workflow, test execution, and cross functional delivery using project management tools and established business line processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Stays current on evolving digital tools, platforms, and emerging technology-applying creative, outside the box thinking to unlock new optimization and experimentation opportunities</p> </li></ol> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience </li><li>Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills/Experience</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience leading digital test-and-learn and experimentation programs in a data-driven environment </li><li>Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, conversion psychology, and online decision-making </li><li>Experience optimizing digital acquisition funnels, landing pages, and authenticated experiences </li><li>Ability to synthesize complex data and clearly communicate insights and outcomes to senior leaders </li><li>Strong analytical, financial, and competitive analysis skills </li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented growth environment </li><li>Demonstrated leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Payments experience a plus </li><li>Prior experience managing external agencies </li></ul> <p>Location Expectations</p> <p>This role is posted as remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.</p> <p>If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members' whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
