<p>Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, scope, and deliverables using agile tools like JIRA, while also supporting leadership communication and continuous improvement strategies. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring project alignment with organizational goals and creating clear, effective presentations for stakeholders.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Drive end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery </li><li>Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans </li><li>Track project scope, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA and other project management tools </li><li>Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle </li><li>Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates using PowerPoint </li><li>Partner with leadership to develop strategic improvements and process enhancements across project delivery </li><li>Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field </li><li>5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or cross-functional environment </li><li>Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>PMP or other project management certification is a plus </li><li>Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments </li><li>Prior exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives </li><li>Executive communication experience or stakeholder management background </li><li>Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills for leadership updates </li></ul>
