Conducts feasibility studies, and defines and designs system requirements for complex data processing projects. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills are required </li><li>Highly flexible and adaptable to change </li><li>Analytical and problem solving skills </li><li>Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. SQL, Python, PowerBI, xCeptor, and/or Alteryx) is required </li><li>A positive goal orientated attitude with a focus on delivery </li><li>Strong interest in working with business teams to deliver sustainable solutions </li><li>Understanding of Financial Services and specifically hedge fund operations is preferred </li><li>Having worked within a structured SDLC a plus (Atlassian or Azure DevOps tools especially) </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>A College or University degree in computer science or information systems is preferred </li><li>5+ relevant, proven work experience is required </li></ul> <p>#LI-HY</p> <p>#LI-CL1</p> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$83,100 - 141,300 USD</p> <p>Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
