One Goal, One Passion - Growth is Everything at Window Nation.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>Window Nation is seeking a Part-time Event Sales Representative to engage directly with homeowners at community events, festivals, home shows, and other high-traffic local venues. In this role, you will represent the brand, start conversations with prospective customers, and generate qualified leads and in-home appointments for the sales team.</p> <p>This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement. Paid training is provided, and customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, food service, promotions, canvassing, or similar environments is highly transferable.</p> <p>We're hiring in the Dallas-metro region and surrounding areas, including Fort Worth.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Represent Window Nation professionally at home shows, fairs, festivals, farmers markets, and similar events </li><li>Engage attendees and start conversations with homeowner </li><li>Generate interest in Window Nation products and services </li><li>Capture lead information and schedule complimentary in-home appointments </li><li>Answer basic customer questions using approved messaging and qualifying guidelines </li><li>Create energy and visibility at the booth to increase brand awareness and event engagement </li><li>Work toward individual and team performance goals in a high-interaction environment </li></ul> <p>What an Event Day Looks Like:</p> <ul> <li>Travel to local events (home shows, festivals, markets) </li><li>Set up branded displays and materials </li><li>Spend most of your shift on your feet, talking with customers (6-8 hours) </li><li>Capture lead info and keep things organized </li><li>Pack up and break down at the end of the event </li><li>Schedule: Evenings and weekends (peak event times) </li><li>Hours: 10-30 hours/week, including at least 2 weekends per month </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds </li><li>Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time; up to 6 hours during event. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of sales, lead generation, or similar customer-facing experience </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills in one-on-one and group settings </li><li>Fluency in a second language is a plus, but not required </li></ul> <p>$19 - $19 an hour</p> <p>Pay & Perks</p> <ul> <li>$19 per hour + uncapped commission (up to $50 per lead) </li></ul> <p>Paid training</p> <ul> <li>Mileage reimbursement (round-trip to events) </li><li>Growth opportunities into full-time and sales roles </li><li>Team environment that actually supports you </li></ul> <p>Similar Roles: Brand Ambassador, Event Marketer, Retail Sales Associate, Product Demonstrator, Customer Engagement Rep</p> <p>The Bottom Line: If you want a role where effort directly impacts your paycheck and you can build real sales skills fast, this is it!
