<p>Senior AI Engineer</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>Seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, and scalable AI system architecture, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive strategic AI initiatives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>AI/ML Architecture & Development</p> <ul> <li>Lead development of sophisticated machine learning and deep learning models for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. </li><li>Architect and optimize LLM based and GenAI solutions, including fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and custom model development. </li><li>Drive feature engineering, experimentation, model tuning, and validation. </li></ul> <p>AI System Design & Deployment</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain end to end AI pipelines from data ingestion to production deployment. </li><li>Deploy large-scale AI systems on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies. </li><li>Implement scalable API endpoints and microservices for AI model consumption. </li></ul> <p>MLOps Strategy & Automation</p> <ul> <li>Implement modern MLOps practices-model tracking, versioning, monitoring, drift detection, automated retraining. </li><li>Own CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc. </li></ul> <p>Data Engineering</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with data engineering teams to build high-quality data pipelines. </li><li>Manage large datasets using Spark/Databricks, SQL, and data processing frameworks. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $85,000-$105,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-OJ1</p>
