<p>Hiring Department</p> <p>Finance Information Systems</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Provides functional leadership for enterprise finance and business systems with primary responsibility for the University's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Agiloft, and secondary responsibility supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within the ERP system. Leads the design, optimization, and ongoing evolution of contract management workflows and related system functionality to support institutional goals, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency.</p> <ul> <li>Performs assignments and responsibilities of varying degrees of complexity and range </li><li>Solves routine to complex problems and analyses, taking a new perspective on existing solutions </li><li>Exercises judgment based on the analysis of various inputs and sources of information </li><li>Impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within and across functional areas </li><li>Explains difficult or sensitive information related to system design and business processes </li><li>Collaborates with others inside and outside the functional area </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Contract Lifecycle Management (Agiloft) - Primary Focus</p> <ul> <li>Serves as the functional lead and subject matter expert for the Agiloft CLM platform </li><li>Owns the functional configuration strategy and implementation of contract types, workflows, approvals, templates, clause libraries, roles, permissions, security controls, reports & dashboards </li><li>Supports the continual onboarding of new business functions and use cases into the CLM platform as organizational needs evolve. </li><li>Leads upgrades, enhancements, UAT coordination, releases, and post-deployment support </li><li>Partners with IT on integrations and security while retaining functional ownership of business outcomes </li><li>Establishes and maintains governance standards for CLM usage, data integrity, and compliance </li><li>Leads user enablement, training materials, documentation, and persona-based guidance </li><li>Supports and guides a network of super users and business partners </li><li>Provides advanced support for complex CLM issues requiring functional judgment </li></ul> <p>Procure-to-Pay (PeopleSoft ERP) - Secondary Focus</p> <ul> <li>Provides functional advisory support for Procure-to-Pay processes within the ERP system in collaboration with team members </li><li>Ensures alignment between contract workflows and downstream procurement and payment activities </li><li>Supports analysis, testing, and resolution of cross-system issues as needed </li></ul> <p>Shift</p> <p>M-F, 8a-5p, additional hours and weekends as needed</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience administering or functionally leading an enterprise CLM platform (e.g., Agiloft, Ironclad, Icertis), with preference to Agiloft </li><li>Experience partnering with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders </li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and Procure-to-Pay processes (e.g., PeopleSoft) </li><li>Experience in data reporting and/or dashboard creation </li></ul> <p>Anticipated Hiring Range</p> <p>Salary Range: $60,000-$86,000/yr</p> <p>Grade: GGS-011</p> <p>University Title: Finance Systems Specialist III</p> <p>Internal applicants can determine their University Title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.</p> <p>Benefit Eligibility</p> <p>This position is eligible for University benefits.
