We're looking for a Resource Specialist / Manager to bring that philosophy to life-someone who thrives on matching talent to opportunity and making order out of complexity.</p> <p>In this role, you'll lead staffing operations across our agency, owning everything from capacity and utilization planning to Kantata system leadership.
