<p>Role Summary</p> <p>URBN is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to join the development of AI-Powered digital experiences.</p> <p>The Senior UX Product Designer, will lead the design vision and execution of seamless AI-first digital solutions. You will be responsible for setting the design strategy, ensuring exceptional usability, innovative user experiences and creating delightful integration of AI and machine learning solutions. You will collaborate closely with and thrive in cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Merchandising, and Business Intelligence. You are data-savvy with expertise in AI/ML applications and fluent in the latest fashion and retail technology landscape.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead Design Strategy: Define and drive the overall design vision, strategy, interaction patterns, and usability standards </li><li>Innovate: Champion simple, elegant, and effective design solutions for complex challenges </li><li>Collaborate & Align: Work closely with Product teams and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, meet business and user needs, and align with strategic objectives </li><li>User-Centric: Utilize user research, analytics data, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and continuously inform design decisions </li><li>Support Development: Ensure the seamless integration of design within an agile development lifecycle, guiding concepts from ideation through wireframing, prototyping, and final release. </li><li>Measure & Iterate: Help establish key metrics to measure design effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of usability and impact </li><li>Ideate: Lead and participate in collaborative brainstorming, workshops, and design sprints to foster innovation and creative problem-solving </li></ul> <p>Role Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>6-8+ years of experience designing complex digital experiences, preferably including platform or enterprise software design </li><li>Proven experience leading design projects or initiatives from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong understanding and experience in e-commerce, retail technology, or related fields </li><li>Deep understanding of web and mobile technologies, responsive design, and platform architecture considerations </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a clear design strategy and rationale, effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders </li><li>Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specifications using standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). </li><li>Experience working directly with AI/ML solutions or designing interfaces that leverage data science capabilities is highly desirable </li><li>Proven ability to work effectively within an agile development process, embracing rapid iteration, experimentation, and data-informed design </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously </li><li>Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Product/Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field. </li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing leadership in designing user-centered solutions for complex applications or platforms. </li></ul> <p>#LI-BL1</p> <p>The Perks</p> <p>URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
