You'll act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure complete satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, outstanding multitasking abilities, meticulous attention to detail to uphold our high standards, and exceptional communication skills. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive, efficient office environment that contributes to the success and growth of our franchise.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction. </li><li>Scheduling: Coordinate and manage lead appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. </li><li>Marketing Support: Assist in executing local marketing tactics to generate leads and drive customer engagement. </li><li>Social Media Management: Regularly update and manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.), including posting before-and-after photos, promoting events, and maintaining consistent brand voice to increase online presence and community engagement. </li><li>Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships, referrals, and sponsorships, to drive revenue and expand the business. </li><li>Event Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and participating in home shows, vendor events, and other community events to promote the business and generate leads. </li><li>Collaboration: Conduct weekly meetings to review new sales and current projects. </li><li>QuickBooks: Organize and report data to Bookkeeper. </li><li>Administrative Tasks: Maintain up-to-date job status and manage daily office operations. </li><li>Customer Satisfaction: Consistently strive for a 5/5 star rating, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the customer journey. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Proven experience in office management; knowledge of the flooring industry is a significant asset, but not a requirement. </li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of managing phone and in-person interactions effectively. </li><li>Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail. </li><li>Proactive and Independent: Able to work without supervision, anticipate needs, and make decisions confidently. </li><li>Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and software for scheduling, tracking, and project management (Salesforce, Outlook, Google Suite, Excel, etc). </li><li>Leadership Abilities: Experience in coordinating projects and maintaining workflow efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Compensation, Benefits and Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary: $45,000-$55,000 based on experience. </li><li>Bonus Opportunities: Incentives to reward your success. </li><li>Paid Time Off: PTO to support work-life balance, including but not limited to national holidays. </li><li>Company-Provided Equipment: Laptop and necessary technology for productivity. </li><li>Supportive Work Environment: Team-oriented culture focused on growth and development. </li><li>Professional Development: Paid training and ongoing learning opportunities. </li><li>Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends for events. </li></ul> <p>Chris - Floor Coverings International, Island Park, NY</p> <p>Chris is the newest Floor Coverings International owner in Island Park, NY, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business.
