We're looking for a CrossFit Head Coach to lead and grow our CrossFit program.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The CrossFit Head Coach is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the CrossFit program inside Fit Factory. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for community building, and the ability to deliver high-quality coaching while also managing the program's business performance. The Head Coach will be responsible for the growth of program membership, client retention, and development of the coaching team.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Program Leadership & Growth</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute strategies to grow CrossFit program membership.</p> </li><li> <p>Track and manage key performance metrics, including class attendance, retention, and revenue.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the program aligns with Fit Factory's standards and brand.</p> </li><li> <p>Coaching & Client Experience</p> </li><li> <p>Lead engaging, safe, and effective CrossFit classes.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide individualized feedback and support to athletes of all levels</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a positive and motivating community culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Development</p> </li><li> <p>Recruit, train, and mentor CrossFit coaching staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage scheduling and ensure coverage for all classes.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular evaluations and provide ongoing development opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized CrossFit space.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adherence to CrossFit methodology and Fit Factory standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Fit Factory leadership team on marketing, events, and member engagement initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certification (CF-L1) required; CF-L2 or higher preferred. </li><li>Minimum 2 years of CrossFit coaching experience, with demonstrated leadership skills. </li><li>Proven ability to build and grow a fitness program. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Business-minded with experience managing client and revenue goals. </li><li>CPR/AED certification required. </li></ul> <p>Performance Standards and Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 8 new CF sales per month or 10% capture rate of new members </li><li>Minimum $1,000 in added draft (new business EFT) per month </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay structure with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. </li><li>Complimentary Fit Factory membership. </li><li>Flexible PTO </li><li>Medical benefits </li><li>401K after 1 year of employment </li><li>Continuing education and professional development support. </li><li>Opportunity to lead and grow a thriving CrossFit community within a larger gym network. </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>45k-65K</p>
