Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to undergraduate education and student engagement. Marian University is an institution that values innovative teaching, advising, and mentoring.</p> <p>Teaching responsibilities include teaching in-person classes at our Fond du Lac, WI campus, as well as contributing to our graduate, adult accelerated, and online programs, as demand requires. Candidates should exhibit skill and enthusiasm in teaching undergraduates.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Teach courses throughout the curriculum in the undergraduate Business Department in online, hybrid, and on-campus in-person modes. Programs with openings may include Finance, Accounting, Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Sports and Recreation Management, Data Science, and Rick Management and Insurance. </li><li>Strictly honor the privacy, security, and confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information according to state, federal, and college regulations, policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's in Business related degree program; terminal degree in the discipline is preferred </li><li>Must be able to demonstrate the potential to engage in scholarly and professional activity that supports the teaching mission of the institution. </li><li>Willingness to support the Mission and Core Values of Marian University </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications include:</p> <ul> <li>Ph.D. in Business related program </li><li>Belong to Industry Professional groups/memberships </li><li>Experience with higher education teaching, both in-person and online modalities </li><li>Experience in learning management system platforms </li></ul> <p>To apply, please submit a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, a statement of teaching philosophy, unofficial copies of transcripts, and the names, email addresses, and telephone numbers of three references to muapplicants@marianuniversity.edu.
