<p>In collaboration with other professional and paraprofessional staff, this educator will work within the school setting to facilitate instruction for all students in a classroom setting.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction that meets diverse learning needs while maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment. </li><li>Manage effective classroom routines. </li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities and team collaboration </li><li>Provide a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students to foster their academic, social, and emotional development </li><li>Research and implement evidence-based interventions and teaching strategies, and follow the district curriculum. </li><li>Communicate and engage families in the educational life of students. </li><li>Assume necessary supervisory responsibilities when required. </li><li>Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans. </li><li>Foster strong partnerships with families, teachers, instructional assistants, and therapists. </li><li>Works collaboratively with other teachers, instructors, coordinators, and administration to support the overall needs of the students. </li></ul>
