The primary responsibility of this role is to handle critical outages and triage incidents, often requiring off-hours and on-call support. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals transitioning from a help desk or service center role.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and resolve major incidents, ensuring minimal impact on business operations </li><li>Perform triage and root cause analysis for critical outages </li><li>Provide timely and clear communication to stakeholders during incidents </li><li>Collaborate with team members to drive efficiencies and improve incident management processes </li></ul> <p>Team Dynamics:</p> <ul> <li>Spend approximately one-third of work hours on job duties; The remaining time is dedicated to driving efficiencies </li><li>Irregular hours, often coming in late, leaving early, but remaining engaged during nighttime incidents* Strong written communication skills with the ability to send clear, structured messages </li><li>Technical background with a general understanding of IT infrastructure and systems </li><li>Strong command of language and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders </li><li>Entry-level experience, ideally transitioning from a help desk or service center role </li></ul>
