This junior-to-mid-level, contract-to-hire role focuses on gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable Tableau reports and dashboards, and presenting findings that drive strategic decisions. This role follows a hybrid work arrangement (3 days per week on-site).</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements through probing discovery sessions </li><li>Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau reports and dashboards that align with business objectives </li><li>Leverage Tableau Prep to create and manage data flows, joins, unions, and transformations </li><li>Present data insights and recommendations to business stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner </li><li>Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests to support time-sensitive decision-making </li><li>Track and manage reporting tasks, enhancements, and project deliverables within Jira </li><li>Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, data mappings, and reporting processes </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau, including Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server </li><li>Proficiency in Tableau Prep for building and managing data preparation workflows </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to engage business stakeholders and ask targeted, probing questions </li><li>Experience using Jira for project tracking and task management </li><li>Foundational understanding of data warehousing concepts and data structures </li><li>Python skills for forecasting model development (preferred) </li><li>MedTech industry experience, particularly with pricing and contracts (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>$50-$55/hr - Dependent on fit and experience</p>
