This position is responsible and accountable for executing and maintaining, oversight and delivery of safety systems and improvements that positively impact and improve loss exposures.</p> <p>The Safety Specialist provides subject matter expertise in health and safety risks.</p> <p>Principle Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Direct aspects of safety programs, including but not limited to leading long-term safety and regulatory compliance initiatives. </li><li>Conduct on-going problem-solving based on objective assessment of the facts or circumstances while using collaborative work methods to achieve consensus.
