<p>Title: Brand Marketing Manager, Easton</p> <p>Department: Easton Brand Marketing</p> <p>Position Reports to: Director of Brand Marketing, Easton</p> <p>Location: Thousand Oaks, CA or St. Louis, MO</p> <p>FLSA Status: Exempt</p> <p>Hybrid Schedule- 3 days in office, 2 days from home</p> <p>General Overview: The Brand Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Easton Brand Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for leading various day-to-day brand marketing projects, product launch initiatives and ECOM/DTC support. Ideal candidate has working knowledge of baseball, fastpitch softball and slow-pitch softball as well as the sporting goods industry and experience driving strategic brand marketing initiatives.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supports 'Go-to-Market' initiatives and product launches including, but not limited to:</p> </li><li> <p>Marquee and priority product launches annually</p> </li><li> <p>Secondary product releases annually</p> </li><li> <p>Content creation (brainstorming, planning and execution) of various photoshoots</p> </li><li> <p>Product and marketing messaging/positioning</p> </li><li> <p>Social Media, influencer/ambassador network and experiential marketing support</p> </li><li> <p>Brand Event activations - College World Series, Little League World Series, Sales Meetings, Trade Shows, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Works closely with extended marketing department and cross-functional departments (product, sales, ops, etc) to support brand initiatives and activations.</p> </li><li> <p>Leads creative services and project management workflow to ensure accurate and timely execution of all team projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains Master Marketing Calendar, ensuring activation dates are accurate and aligned with creative content flighting.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides retail marketing and sales support - ECOM (Easton.com & Amazon) as well as strategic retail account.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with annual catalog production and studio photography.</p> </li><li> <p>Owns and manages online marketing asset library.</p> </li><li> <p>Brand team lead for slow-pitch vertical - product launch calendar, content creation and marketing deliverables.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. </li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing (Brand Marketing, Events, Grassroots, etc.). </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills required. </li><li>Extremely detail and deadline orientated. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. </li><li>Project management platform experience (Wrike, Asana, Basecamp, etc.). </li><li>Ability to network and utilize internal and external resources. </li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. </li><li>Able to set priorities, execute, and follow them through. </li><li>Advertising/production knowledge and sports experience preferred. </li><li>Agency background/knowledge preferred. </li><li>Ability to travel 20% </li></ul> <p>Rawlings Sporting Goods Total Compensation Package:</p> <p>The health, well-being and financial stability of our employees are a high priority to us.
