<p>OC Business Title: Maintenance Technician</p> <p>Job Title: Maintenance Technician</p> <p>Job Code(s):</p> <p>Revision Date: 12/03/2025</p> <p>PURPOSE OF THE JOB</p> <p>The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the reliability performance, repair, and maintenance of mechanical devices in the plant, including but not limited to pneumatic and hydraulic devices. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of electrical devices consistent with the outlined experience below. This employee functions as a subject matter expert which includes reacting to process and equipment issues through troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as elimination of special cause variation. By being a company that instills pride within each and every employee, we aspire to build market-leading businesses; global in scope - human in scale.</p> <p>Rate of Pay: + $33.00/hr. with a $0.50 night shift differential</p> <p>Reports to: Maintenance Leader</p> <p>Schedule: Rotating shifts.</p> <p>Schedules will rotate between nights and days every 28 days.</p> <p>Dayshift: 6:45am - 7:00pm</p> <p>Nightshift: 6:45pm - 7:00am</p> <p>Weekly Schedule follows a 2-2-3 pattern:</p> <p>Week 1: Work 2 days, off 2 days, then work 3 days.</p> <p>Week 2: Off 2 days, work 2 days, then off 3 days.</p> <p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Safety</p> <ul> <li>Strictly adhere to all plant safety practices, codes, procedures, and programs. </li><li>Respond to plant process emergencies and/or safety emergencies with urgency. </li><li>Regularly inspect the work area to ensure safety policies are followed and maintain industrial housekeeping. </li><li>Assist in and/or perform inspection, monitoring, and record keeping for: </li><li>Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan </li><li>Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasures Plan </li><li>Air Permit </li><li>Storm Water Permit </li><li>Waste Water Permit </li></ul> <p>Technical Operations</p> <ul> <li> <p>Communicate with plant personnel to identify, diagnose, and repair equipment problems.
