Come help us build stronger communities, one home at a time!</p> <p>The Role: Housing Specialist II/III</p> <p>You'll be the go-to pro for processing applications, verifying participant status, preparing documents, and keeping everything HUD-compliant. If you know your way around eligibility, leasing, re-certifications, portability, rent adjustments, and terminations-and love keeping data accurate and organized-you'll fit right in. Experience with Project-Based Voucher (PBV) or Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs is a big plus.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Review applications, verifications, and documents for accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Determine program eligibility and maintain up-to-date participant files.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide top-notch customer service to participants, owners, applicants, and the public.</p> </li><li> <p>Enter and maintain data accurately in program systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with supervisors, managers, inspectors, and other team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle all personally identifiable information (PII) with strict confidentiality.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all work complies with HUD regulations and nondiscrimination policies.</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Housing Choice Voucher Specialist certification required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with PBV or HCV programs highly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>3-4 years in customer-facing roles, housing, or similar environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical, organizational, and data management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid computer skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical & Work Environment</p> <ul> <li> <p>Typical office environment; occasional standing, walking, or lifting up to 50 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent computer work, talking, and hearing required.</p> </li><li> <p>Reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Contractor Info</p> <p>As a federal contractor, Quadel follows the Drug-Free Workplace Act and all relevant regulations.
