If you are looking for an opportunity to work for an exciting growth oriented company, we look forward to talking with you!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates and promotes the company vision </li><li>Regular attendance and punctuality </li><li>Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate </li><li>Support compliance of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 </li><li>Manage and optimize the sample registration process to ensure accuracy and efficiency </li><li>Oversee the stability team ensuring proper storage, tracking and testing of samples over time. </li><li>Lead and mentor Group Leaders, Technical Leaders, and Supervisors for both Sample Entry and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery of samples to the laboratory </li><li>Collaborate with laboratory and client services teams to ensure timely sample processing </li><li>Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance throughput and data quality </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal SOPs </li><li>Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to strategic planning </li><li>May be required to assume responsibilities of the Sr. Manager for the team should they be unavailable. </li><li>Assists with performance evaluations, staffing decisions and other supervisory activities for the assigned functional groups. </li><li>Complete understanding of Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing, Madison SOPs as they apply to food testing services. </li><li>Provides technical guidance to the employees of Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing, Madison </li><li>Assists in planning, marketing and project activities for assigned group. </li><li>Trains and mentors staff across Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing, Madison </li><li>Prepares protocols, reports, and other documents associated with Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing, Madison. </li><li>Interprets and implements policies affecting staff, fiscal and technical management of designated groups. </li><li>Discusses study problems or scope changes with appropriate personnel and suggests solutions and actions to solve problems. Manages the impact on time and cost. </li><li>Works with Human Resources to implement appropriate affirmative action, salary administration, and communication programs within the department. </li><li>Participates in client visits to Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing, Madison </li><li>May have the additional responsibility of Managing Quality Systems. </li><li>Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BS degree </li><li>6+ years of relevant experience. Experience may be substituted for education. </li><li>3+ years management experience or supervising teams </li><li>Experience in the techniques of food, supplement, and ingredient analysis and/or microbiology. </li><li>Familiar with industry standards, such as AOAC, USP, ISO 17025, etc. </li><li>Experience with GLPs and cGMPs (for Dietary Supplements or Medicated Feeds) </li><li>Skilled in performing presentations, leading meetings, time management, and planning. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>What we offer: As an employer, we're keen to look after our people with as much dedication as they look after our patients.
