The ideal candidate will facilitate hands on training for all new and existing employees in their assigned work area, along with maintaining standards in the department. The Warehouse Trainer 2 will ensure that employees are consistently meeting company standards and operating procedures accordingly.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver New Hire training content to incoming new hires </li><li>Identify and improve current training solutions as required based on learner and management feedback </li><li>Continuously and effectively communicate best practices </li><li>Assist in developing new training curriculum and methods, quick reference guides and presentations on underdeveloped subjects </li><li>Ensure employees adhere to and successfully complete predefined training plans </li><li>Complete learner progress assessments and report recommendations to management at several points throughout required training courses </li><li>Ensure all learning standards are being met and optimized for each area </li><li>Log training findings for documentation (in assessment or testing format) </li><li>Communicate with management on employee progress and error reports and provide next-step recommendations </li><li>Cross-functional training with other warehouse departments as needed </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>As assigned by the manager </li></ul> <p>Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with B&H processes and workflow </li><li>Previous or current knowledge of B&H policies and procedures </li><li>Intermediate knowledge of computer systems & Windows applications (Microsoft Office Suite) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years' experience in a Warehouse </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Solid 2 years' experience working in a learning or training warehouse environment </li></ul> <p>Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:</p> <ul> <li>Occasionally required to lift items, and/or packages up to 50lbs independently </li><li>Walking and standing for 6-8 hours at a time </li></ul> <p>Required Schedule:</p>
