We're looking for an experienced Vice President of Finance to join our executive team and lead the financial strategy for our rapidly growing brand!</p> <p>As the VP of Finance, you will play a vital role in the overall strategic financial management and growth of Skin Pharm, optimizing fiscal performance and day-to-day financial operations. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, reporting and risk management and work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to develop and execute a financial strategy that aligns with Skin Pharm's overall brand vision and growth objectives.</p> <p>You are attentive to detail and use your comprehensive understanding of financial principles to make informed strategic decisions that drive financial performance forward. You're an experienced executive with collaborative leadership as you manage the accounting department and work closely with cross-functional teams. Being located in a Skin Pharm clinic city is preferred.</p> <p>A passion for our brand and skincare industry is a plus! Anticipating market trends and navigating competitive landscapes are essential in guiding our brand's growth trajectory. In addition to a strong business acumen, we are looking for someone that is a strategic-thinker, problem-solver and decision-maker!</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
