<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial rooftops </li><li>Work collaboratively with project leads and electricians to complete projects </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <ul> <li>Able to climb ladders and maintain balance on rooftops with various heights, angles, and surfaces </li><li>Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions to include heat, cold, wet, or humid environments </li><li>Able to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, or basements; requires kneeling, crouching, or crawling </li><li>Ability to lift and maneuver 60 pounds frequently and up to 110 pounds with assistance </li><li>Frequently use hand functions and fine motor skills, grasping, gripping, twisting, pinching, pulling, and pushing </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>18+ years old of age </li><li>Valid Driver's License & ability to provide a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) </li><li>Able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening and Background check </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>2 + years of Customer Service experience </li><li>Basic knowledge of residential electrical and structural systems; experience of both AC and DC systems </li><li>General knowledge of NEC, NABCEP Certification </li><li>Solar, Military, Roofing, Electrical, or Construction experience; or Trade School degree in construction/building </li></ul>
