We are a leading manufacturer of metal tubular parts and machined components to custom specifications for the medical device, aerospace and automotive industries. Capabilities include Swiss Screw machine parts, laser cutting and welding, tube fabrication, CNC milling / turning, wire EDM and more.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Production Worker is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards. This role involves performing daily production tasks, supporting continuous improvement efforts, and collaborating with team members to achieve production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.</p> <p>IDEAL EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills and a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment. They should be able to assist in identifying and resolving production issues, contributing to process improvements, and supporting overall production efficiency. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with team members are essential for success in this role.</p> <p>ESSENTAL RESPONSIBILITES:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the facility and safety and wellness of all team members. </li><li>Responsible to ensure process adherence to all applicable quality procedures to assure quality product with priority for patient safety. </li><li>Communicate regularly with plant personnel to maintain a high level of morale. </li><li>Perform assigned production work accurately and efficiently, supporting daily manufacturing goals. </li><li>Apply AS9100 and FDA requirements during daily operations to maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and support collaboration with process owners. </li><li>Work both independently and collaboratively to resolve production issues and maintain workflow. </li><li>Operate machinery as directed; identify deviations in machine performance and seek appropriate assistance when adjustments are needed. </li><li>Load and unload parts and move materials throughout the facility using manual methods or material handling equipment. </li><li>Conduct quality checks per established procedures to ensure accuracy and maintain product quality. </li><li>Accurately enter data in the ERP system and maintain required production records and logs. </li><li>Assist in continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process improvements, learning about new technologies, and supporting overall production efficiency. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent required </li><li>1-4 years of production experience in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Basic computer skills required, including proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry software. </li></ul>
