<p>BizOps / SalesOps Specialist</p> <p>About The Role</p> <p>Connecteam is seeking a tech-savvy, service-oriented BizOps / SalesOps Specialist to support our fast-growing US GTM organization. In this role, you'll partner closely with ~100 remote reps across Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success to keep our CRM (HubSpot) and operational systems running smoothly.</p> <p>You'll act as the front-line expert for day-to-day CRM issues, data accuracy, and process troubleshooting while collaborating with our Tel Aviv-based BizOps team on workflow optimization, system enhancements, and ongoing audits. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and enabling our GTM teams to work productively at scale.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary US BizOps contact for GTM teams, troubleshooting CRM issues like data hygiene, broken workflows, and permissions requests, quickly and efficiently. </li><li>Partner with the global BizOps team in Tel Aviv to scale and optimize CRM workflows. </li><li>Run routine system audits, ensure data hygiene, and keep all records accurate. </li><li>Document and update internal processes, guides, and playbooks. </li><li>Support onboarding of new GTM hires on tools, processes, and best practices. </li><li>Work with analysts and engineers on integrations, tooling updates, and system rollouts. </li><li>Provide field-level feedback to help refine processes and improve rep productivity. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1-2 years of relevant experience in BizOps, SalesOps, RevOps, or similar roles, ideally in a SaaS or fast-paced environment. </li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (strong advantage for HubSpot). </li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent communication skills and comfort supporting distributed teams across time zones. </li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests independently. </li><li>Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to create reports or dashboards. </li><li>Comfortable learning new tools, integrations, and systems quickly. </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with distributed US-based GTM teams. </li><li>Background in B2B SaaS environments. </li><li>Familiarity with tools like Chili Piper, Gong, Intercom, or similar. </li><li>Basic project management experience. </li><li>Experience using automation/AI tools (e.g., n8n, Cursor). </li><li>Strong documentation and training capabilities. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <ul> <li> <p>Fully remote role</p> </li><li> <p>Be the first BizOps member in the US</p> </li><li> <p>Make a meaningful impact on the productivity and efficiency of a 100-person GTM organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate daily with teams across the US and Tel Aviv.</p> </li><li> <p>Join a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS company with a mission to empower the deskless workforce.</p> </li><li> <p>Help shape the future of our CRM and revenue operations infrastructure.</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits:</p> </li><li> <p>Medical coverage.</p> </li><li> <p>Insurance plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Paid time off for vacation, sick days</p> </li><li> <p>401k</p> </li></ul> <p>We are accepting applications from employees working in the following states: Florida, New York, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.</p>
