Must be available to work additional hours as needed.</p> <p>Who May Apply?</p> <p>All persons legally authorized to work in the United States</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Management Assistant will provide administrative support duties for the Park Operations division of the Parks and Recreation department.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide administrative duties to include, but not limited to, accounting duties, copying, faxing, handling incoming and outgoing mail; file and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports </li><li>Create documents such as invoices, reports, memorandums, correspondence letters and financial statements </li><li>Process and maintain payroll for the division </li><li>Designated liaison for HR processes and Risk Management documentation and information such as FMLA, workers compensation reports, and limited duty </li><li>Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of staff and agency information </li><li>Interact with customers, vendors and visitors while providing excellent customer service </li><li>Process invoices, create requisitions, maintain records management system for monitoring transactions and payment of vendors </li><li>Acts as designated Procurement Card (P-Card) holder for the division </li><li>Purchase and procures division supplies and services </li><li>Generate and process travel authorization, requests, expenses and reimbursements </li><li>Maintain, coordinate, and monitor employee driving records and required licensing and/or certifications </li><li>May be asked to perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree </li><li>Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience </li><li>A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered </li><li>A valid driver's license is required.
